How do I place and order?

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Paypal. We also do Cash on Delivery, or you can pay via Orange Money (073 090 909) or AfriMoney

How do I cancel/amend my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can easily cancel or amend your order by sending us an email to scentaddict.sl@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp +232 73 090 909 where we will be happy to help.

You may however need to quote your name and order number.

My order is damaged, what do I need to do?

This needs to be reported to our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel –please send us an email scentaddict.sl@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp +232 73 090 909 where we will be happy to help.

Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it or take photographs of this.

I am missing and item from my order, what do I do?
